Puttin' on the Ritz(Registered name Summation)
2003 15.2 bay
gelding, two hind socks. Very quiet disposition since the day he came off the
track, settled in like he lived in our barn for years! Tacked him up and stuck him
on the longe line for about 5 minutes, mind you we had NO idea how to go right
on the lunge line. Learned that and whoa in about 3 days. Cute little mover
with auto changes when running around out in the field, when asked for the
changes in the ring his right to left was auto, left to right we are still
getting balanced but actually got it in the back before the front! Picked up
both leads the first time he was asked, popped right over a tiny cross
rail. Now jumping around a 2'3" course like a pro! Ready to take on the baby green divisions and will easily be able to move up quickly, jumped a 2'6" course at home and will be schooling higher as he gets in shape. VERY willing and could even be brought along by a kid (with help of
a trainer of course). Good ground manners, stands on the cross ties, clips,
bathes and all that good stuff. Has even gone for his first trail ride and
LOVES working out of the ring. Currently available for sale or monthly lease to the right home.
